Which delivery service do you use?
For UK deliveries, we use Evri and standard shipping times are 3-4 working days and £3.99 (tracked).

For the Christmas period we may use Royal Mail 1st Class.

For International orders, we use Parcelforce Worldwide. To retrieve your shipping quote, please proceed to the checkout where our automated system will provide all the details you need.
Should you have any problems retrieving a shipping quote for your country, please email fran@lezzeri.com.

Can I get my item faster?
We'd be happy to send your treasures via Royal Mail Next Day delivery for £9.50.

Can I have my design customised?
The wonderful thing about hand made items is that they can be lovingly tailored to your needs. We have many options of beautiful charm colours and sizes available. We'd be delighted to make something special for you or adjust the length of your necklace or bracelet. Simply pop us an email with your request to fran@lezzeri.com.

Can I add a gift note?
Yes! Just add your message at the checkout in the notes box.

Your jewellery will arrive in a gift box, if you'd prefer a reusable cotton pouch instead, please put this in the notes section at the checkout.

How is it made?
Our jewellery is made by hand, in Lincolnshire, UK using a mixture of soldering and wire-wrapping techniques. We use sterling silver for every single item, offering you piece of mind that your item is high quality.

Gold pieces are made with thick, long-lasting 18ct gold plating on a sterling silver base.

We buy our materials from a mixture of small businesses between Britain and Europe, which means not only do you support our small business when you shop with us, but also many others.

Is your business sustainable?
We are extremely aware of the footprint we leave on the planet and strive to improve our processes every year.

We operate a 'no waste' policy, even damaged boxes are used for our seconds sale items or for storing our materials in.

Every scrap of silver is saved and melted down to create new jewellery, so there is no waste.

Where possible, we buy from within our home country, England, to minimise our carbon footprint.

We primarily work with glass, which in itself is a natural and sustainable product.

Our packaging is FSC accredited. This means that the whole process of manufacturing the paper and cardboard to produce our packaging is being monitored by the Forest Stewardship Council. 

Can I recycle the packaging?
The outer cardboard box may be recycled via your usual home recycling process. The inner foam cannot be recycled and should be put in to your general waste.
We are always looking for ways to make our packaging fully recyclable but maintain it's luxurious quality.

What is the jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is made from sterling silver and 18 carat gold plating. We Primarily use Italian Murano glass, and Swarovski crystals, but will happily work with pearls and other stones on request.

Can I return my jewellery?
We'd love to hear from you first to see if we can help! We don't receive many returns and so it is always heart-wrenching when this happens.
Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons, but all other items may be returned within 28 days of receipt.
