Things to know before returning your item
The return period for non-sale items is 28 days from proven purchase.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any earrings.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item, unless the item has been deemed faulty by us.
Once your item has been received and reviewed by us, it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. We will be in touch with you once this process has been completed.
We advise that you return your item(s) via a tracked service.
