Important Brexit Information
Due to the UK leaving the EU from 1st January 2021, there have been some recent changes to import and export between the UK and EU member states.
If you are purchasing from the EU, Channel Islands or Rest of World, the UK VAT included in our RRP will be removed at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred after checkout such as VAT and import duties.
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form. Goods supplied by Lezzeri Ltd to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Where appropriate, pre-orders can be placed online as normal, on selected pieces. Please note that payment will be taken at the checkout and you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note, due to unexpected supplier delays, pre-orders can be delayed for up to 6-8 weeks. We will of course do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time.
Once an order has been placed, requested changes are subject to the discretion of Lezzeri Ltd and may be declined if your order has been processed or otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible, within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

You will receive a written response within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.
Any claims made before prior communication with the Lezzeri Ltd Customer Service department will not be considered. All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Lezzeri Ltd.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless you are purchasing outside of the UK. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Quality of goods
Please note that all items are handmade and as such, their composition may vary slightly from the image shown. Due to limited availability, some components may be substituted for similar ones. Lezzeri Ltd reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. We assure you that only items we would be proud to wear ourselves will be made available. Note also that colours may vary depending on which type of screen is being used.
• Only one discount code is redeemable per transaction, multiple codes cannot be used on one single transaction.
• The discount code may be used on one transaction made at www.lezzeri.com.
• Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively and will not be refunded from your order once your order has been paid for.
• Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, and are not valid against sale items, unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will take any discount in to account.
• Discount codes do not include delivery or gift wrapping unless specifically for this purpose, or expressed otherwise.
Free UK shipping offers are valid on orders £75 and over unless stated otherwise.
Lezzeri Ltd reserves the right to have different terms for different codes - please check the individual terms of the code you wish to use.
